Be Jardín Escondido is a six room boutique hotel located in Palmero Soho, one of Buenos Aires most vibrant neighborhoods. Purchased by Francis Ford Coppola after he fell in love with the Argentinian capital, the property served as his residence and workspace while filming Tetro.
While relaxing in the lush, green courtyard after a day out exploring coffee shops, art galleries and museums, the name of the hotel “hidden garden” is brought to life.
Be Jardín Escondido is filled with a curated collection of South American artwork and objects while every room has fresh flowers, a signature accent to all of the legendary film director’s homes.
Given Coppola’s passion for wine, it is not surprising that this small hotel has its own sommelier on staff. And if you are seeking a quiet night in, you can explore the classic film collection.
There is no shortage of quiet corners around Be Jardín Escondido to sit and relax while pondering all that this magnificent city has to offer.
