The mineral spring that feeds Two Bunch Palms has been flowing for over 600 years. Low in sulfur and rich in lithium, the restorative water flows through the property’s lush grounds and inspires a sense of calm.
There are 65 guests rooms to include eight suites. The Capone suites are named after Al Capone who bought the resort in the 1920s to serve as his West Coast hideout.
“Look for the two palms to find rest and water.” -A journal entry from the 1840s.
While the rooms are comfortable and the restaurant is lovely, the real reason to visit Two Bunch Palms are the baths (your choice of concrete or teak tubs) spread throughout the oasis-like grounds of the property.
For the full Two Bunch Palms experience, I highly recommend booking a spa treatment. I opted for the Abdominal Detox Wrap which was therapeutic and unusual. If someone rubbing your belly with castor oil is not your thing then there are plenty of spa treatments to choose from including the classics.
P.S. Ask about the energy vortex over the Grotto (the property’s original hot spring pool) in the early morning hours.
